Update testHost1Name to remove wiki.eclipse.org

Related to temurin-compliance/issues/416 we need to update to testHost1Name since wiki.eclipse.org is going to be deprecated.

Need to determine what URL is best suited and change this line:

As discussed elsewhere, let's verify, prior to closing this issue, that this doesn't cause any problems with other tests by checking the results of the weekend runs for an 8 and 21 builds (I guess we should probably also do the auto-manuals to be safe too since they have potentially problematic ones in the suites)
