Test case panics on AriesVcxCoreError "Pool Timeout"

To gain insight into how DID resolution operates, I have downloaded a release of the aries-vcx project (v0.57.1) and proceeded to run the tests for package did_resolver_sov, expected to handle the resolution for the sov DID method, which is built on the Sovrin Ledger. However, some test fails with the following output:

I really doubt there is an assumption that the ledger will be set up locally prior to testing. Do you refute this, or is there any other requirement being missed?
