How to use German Language file de.po?

Describe the bug
My complete ALPS-Theme uses the english language. But its a german install and german website for german people.
So, how do i get the german file de.po file to work?

The German PO files, de.po (ALPS for Wordpress) and ALPS Gutenberg Blocks, need to be updated and I didn't have someone to do it. Would you be willing to translate the files?

If you are, download the ALPS for Wordpress POT and ALPS Gutenberg Blocks POT files, translate them with an editor (POEdit works well) and then send them back to me. I'll be happy to include them both so we can fully have German in the theme.
