(that I find interesting)
- Awesome Public Datasets This is a large list of resources, largely american and global north datasets
- The WHO Global Health depository (Has an API) Lots of global south data
- CDC's health statistics repository
- KURIAS-ECG: a 12-lead electrocardiogram database with standardized diagnosis ontology The ontology is super useful
- Indian Government's public data repository has a ton of data, freely accessible
- Data.gov.in also has a bunch of sectorial catalogs which collate all the datasets from a broad topic, health, social development, food etc. are relevant
- The Integrated disease survellence projects puts out weekly reports of the epidemic-potential disease outbreak investigation reports. Sadly, these are in PDFS, but in this notebook, I demonstrate how to extract and plot the data
- Dataset of Status of Overcharging Cases upto March 2024 The national pharma pricing agency fines pharma companies who overcharge customers, and this dataset has that info. pdf can be found on the NPPA India website a csv of the same data, extracted on 08 September 2024 using camelot is available here on google drive
