WebGL2 example not working

WebGL2 samples does not work in Chrome 61 or earlier versions. Webgl 2.0 flag is enabled in the browser.
Also for WebGL1, the volume visibility is only possible on finely moving transfer function widget.

Thanks for pointing this out. I realized the demo broke after an update to WebGL2 some time during the last six months, I plan to repair it as soon as I find the time.
