not able to create new user/group with superadmin user

i used recommended Option from github deployed with docker compose installed on top of rocky linux 8 firewall and selinux is disabled.

steps:

1. follow:- Option 1 - from GitHub - recommended:
2. login with superadmin account in firefox private window.
3. go to group > create a group shows a error (Error while creating group)

Most likely, this step mentioned in the instructions was omitted:

NB: Be sure to press "Create/Update Tables" button in "Database settings" screen of admin interface.

That being said, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue - be it Docker or not, private window or not. So if the issue persists even upon creating the database tables, see if there are any errors in debug logs of Aurora Files, or in nginx/PHP logs.
