Add FindBugs to all android apps #1

FindBugs is a static analysis tool that it would be useful to include in the project. There are currently configuration files in bluetooth_android, however it is not configured to run automatically through Gradle.

This issue can be closed when all projects in this repo are configured to use FindBugs on build.
