The data folder contains the automatically generated code from REDCap to read in the CSV data file. The CSV file has been edited to remove anonymise the data. The file 0_read_data.R creates and RData file ready for analyses.
The Rmarkdown file 1_main_analysis.Rmd runs the primary and secondary analyses. The code needs a subfolder called figures.
