Ormsby and Klauder wavelets do not produce banks

It's probably not very natural to produce wavelet banks for wavelets without an obvious central/dominant frequency, but still... It should be possible, and the docs say it is.

The Ormsby wavelet seemingly cannot produce a wavelet bank. Klauder should work as-is, but the reshaping of the frequency array will prevent it happening.
