Relase for latest version

Hi Team,

could we also get a release with all the latest changes, since the last release is for v0.15.0 , it does not cover a lot of things, and I would really like to use the binary directly, rather than creating it inside the docker environment, since that will also force me to add additional packages to the docker image.
