Load crx chrome 118 on windows doesn't work anymore.

Hello my friends,
i am the developer of a inhouse extension, for that we use crx3 to create a package of the extension with pem key.

It worked all good a few months, but with our last update windows user cannot install the extension anymore. There is no problem with the extension i can install it if we dont create a crx of it.

For mac there is no problem, same chrome version.

Do you have an idea?

Sorry for late reply. Is there some error message and/or code when trying to install extension?
