Fetch contributors from Discord as well

IMO we should combine profile page with contributors from Github and Discord, since people are always helping each other out in the channels by asking and answering questions, sharing knowledge, creating content, etc. We have a process to extract insights about who is helping who and a way to fetch nicknames + profile images.

There will be some duplicates with github contributors and that is okay, we can figure out a way to differentiate or associate them later.
