Icon lookup/suggester does not show all options

There seems to be a limit on the number of icons that are returned. For example, if you install both remix icons and a fontawesome pack, the native emojis no longer show up in the list.

This screenshot is showing all options in the select box when I open "change icon" and search for "star". As you can see, there is no native emoji star icon available.

Would appreciate this getting fixed, as there are icons in packs and emojis that I cannot access.

another thing I noticed is that adding + shows more options.
Try and compare :question and :question+. The latter shows more options!
