安卓开始录音时报错 #1

设备环境：Pixel 2 API 28 Android 9.0 x86

recorder.start时android studio报错如下：

recorder.stop时一直报这个错误：
{"error":{"message":"RECORDER_NOT_STARTED","code":130100}}

测试了下发现是由于/storage/emulated/0/包名目录不存在，生成录音文件失败导致的
