Change java trace message stacktraces to correct format

Currently these are a string-ified array via .withStackTrace(Arrays.toString(e.getStackTrace()))));

but we want them to use .withStacktrace(ExceptionUtils.getStackTrace(t))

We'll need to publish all the java connectors so that we're not getting trace messages with the incorrectly formatted stacktrace.
