🎉 New API endpoint to search connections

What

This PR adds a new endpoint to search connections. The search is very flexible and can include 0 or more values in the payload including values from the connections, sources, and/or destinations (also look for values in the connection configuration).

How

Update the YAML file containing the endpoints with the specification and the WebBackendConnectionsHandler.

Connector Generator checklist

• Issue acceptance criteria met
• PR name follows PR naming conventions
• If adding a new generator, add it to the list of scaffold modules being tested
• The generator test modules (all connectors with -scaffold in their name) have been updated with the latest scaffold by running ./gradlew :airbyte-integrations:connector-templates:generator:testScaffoldTemplates then checking in your changes
• Documentation which references the generator is updated as needed.

Awesome work @mmolimar! Sorry took so long to review your PR. I tested in #6387 and works. This is a good start to add the search feature in Airbyte API! Thanks a lot!
