Expand ingestion input formats to cover OPeNDAP, LAS and THREDDS

On a monthly basis, Chris pushes logs to the following location

ftp://podaac.jpl.nasa.gov/misc/outgoing/cjf/mudrod/

You will see that there are OPeNDAP, LAS and THREDDS as well. We should extend our input formats at https://github.com/mudrod/mudrod/blob/master/core/src/main/java/esiptestbed/mudrod/weblog/pre/ImportLogFile.java to cover the above cases. We should also revisit the structure of this class is it looks like better object orientation could be used.

@Yongyao can you please attempt to ingest logs from December locally? These can be obtained from the FTP site above. Please write here with any issues.
