[Feature Request] Limit max title length #333

A notice about recommended title length (to be shown when creating a title) could also work

It's quite annoying to see titles with cut off text, requiring you to click on the video to see the full title:

Title length is already limited right now. It looks like your display is very small as on many screens more text can appear
