Disable Youtube button pop-up

There is a button (id=infoButton) that pops-up when I move the mouse over the Youtube player horizontal bottom bar.

Is there any way this button can be either disabled or always showing? The animation is really annoying.

I use the addon https://www.mrfdev.com/enhancer-for-youtube which also adds buttons. Now, when I go in to click on a button (e.g. to speed up the video), I usually click on the wrong one because this animation moves the button I aimed at to the left.
