Xmegaduino 0.7.0

• This is a test release *

This is the first release that take advantage of the new Board Manager in official Arduino 1.6.4.

To try this release go to Arduino/Preferences and add this to "Additional Boards Manager URLs":
http://raw.githubusercontent.com/Xmegaduino/Xmegaduino/xmegaduino/package_xmegaduino_index.json

Now you should see Xmegaduino in Board Manager.

• Requires Arduino 1.6.4 or newer.
