Maintenance Update

This is a maintenance release. The following updates are included:

1. Tightened up error handling
2. Added DCEnabled attribute to the query-status property report. [The Status attribute indicates if Liveness tests are passing]
3. Added Enabled attribute to the query-status datacenter report. [The Status attribute indicates if Liveness tests are passing]
4. Disabled update-*, query-status console messaging for –json output
5. Added in disabled targets/DCs in query-status output
