Alpakka support was added to Scanamo with #151 in October 2017, but the Alpakka project itself adopted the BSL with akka/alpakka#2903, released with https://github.com/akka/alpakka/releases/tag/v5.0.0 in October 2022. Support for the Pekko alternative to Alpakka was added to Scanamo with #1660 in June 2023. To avoid any possible Lightbend Akka BSL issues, and to reduce maintenance burden, I'm removing Alpakka from the Scanamo project with this change. https://www.lightbend.com/akka/license-faq
