MQTT sessions don't show up in Redpanda #585

Describe the bug
When using redpanda as a Kafka store everything seems to work fine except there are no sessions showing in the mqtt-sessions topic. When using the same zilla.yaml and bitnami/kafka they do show up.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the taxi demo
  2. run the demo with ./startup.sh --redpanda to use the redpanda config
  3. there should be 3 sessions for the 3 busses
  4. no sessions are shown

Expected behavior
Session records for each of the busses and any taxis created.
