Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As devops, I want to be able to specify which OpenAPI server environment configuration should be used for deployment.

Acceptance criteria

  • Default tls and tcp configuration of openapi binding to be driven by specific OpenAPI spec server (by url)
    • validate server url variables, if defined in spec
  • Support override of tls and / or tcp configuration via openapi binding
