I think the dev uses the OTA updates directory so you need to enable them.

This is expected due to the fact that com.apple.mobilesoftwareupdate.cleanup is used to redirect every app to /bar/MobileSoftwareUpdate/mnt1/ if you don’t want extra battery drain or if you want less then wait until Pwn20wnd releases his Kernel Level Jailbreak Bypass.
