refactor(mapping): unify state color mapping

Short description of what this resolves:

This unifies background and border color mapping by following Eva 1.3 rules:

• filled and outline buttons become something like a base for form controls
• Form controls (Radio, CheckBox, Toggle) in default state use outline button mapping. For checked state, it uses mappings from filled button (except Toggle that uses mappings from outline button in this state)
