Be able to send the following via slack messages to a specified channel:

contextual error messages (which source server, which destination server, what changelist, error, and steps to resolve if any returned from the error response)
summary statements (e.g. Transferred 11 changes successfully from src_server://path/...@change to dst_server://path/...@change)
actionable error alerts
