Time to reorganize/expand the wiki for making the code more attractive to newcomers.

EDIT March 2019: Summary is finally initialized in the wiki. Things not to forget:

  • Advanced JS cheatsheet = Promises/async/await, destructuring, arrow functions etc.
  • Controllers: typical data available in res.locals and other customizations
  • Cheatsheet with typical data & functions available in the context + commonly used macros
  • Controllers: focus on forms/CSRF
  • Move deployment stuff out of readme into its own page

While some of the wiki docs need refreshing it's quite decent already. Closing.
