Develop the chapter on reproducible environments. This chapter is currently a work in progress and is not ready to be reviewed.

Update GitHub links to the harmonised paired examples for the
Turing Way boost research reproducibility workshops. Described
which tools (e.g. command line, notebooks) are being used so
attendees can decide which will be easiest for them.
