如在ALC交流群一样，看到很多开源软件团队都有用人需求，运营、市场、技术，希望通过ALC这样一个平台能够集合下，大家共同推广，效果会更大一些。不知道大家觉得怎么样？

现在这样人才在市场上很难找到，为了聚焦人气，建议提供实习生培训计划， 通过带着大家一起做开源项目实习来提升人气。
