not cfw problem, evilant already fix this

it is normal when load ps2 iso by latest webman .

go back irisman 4.90 works

It seems the bug is caused by my PSL1GHT environment that was not properly configured after I changed the laptop. I have to check.

The stupid Windows 10 was breaking the PSL1GHT toolchain 😠 I had to configure a VM with Windows 7
