Hotkeys don't working after startup

Hi folks,

I have issues with hotkeys in Toastify. Firstly I have programmed my hotkeys definition and saved it. All works fine, untill I restart my PC. Then all hotkeys become a warning symbol (see attach.) and do nothing. I need to unchek and chek "Ctrl" box, for example, and then the warning symbol is gone and all works fine again, untill the next restart) How could I fix it?
