Vox file parsing needs updating for new versions (but official format doc incomplete)

As far as I can see, generating a vox file using numpy-vox-io is working in the things I've tried, but numpy-vox-io cannot open a vox file generated by current version of magicaVoxel (0.99).

Note that someone has kindly shared a HexaMonkey grammar for what they think the current format is:

First of all, thanks for this work. I am trying to clean the workflow MagicaVoxel <-> Schematics. Do you know what is the current status of the .vox format? It is worth a new effort trying to support it?

It appears the format "documentation" got updated september 13th 2021, https://github.com/ephtracy/voxel-model/blob/master/MagicaVoxel-file-format-vox.txt and ephtracy/voxel-model#19 (comment) looks very promising
