Currently, every time the user selects a service in the booking page, the provider dropdown goes to the "Please Select" state

Just like the appointments modal, the booking page must try to keep the provider option, even after the user changes the service.

If the selected provider does not support the new service, the app will set the dropdown value back to "Please Select"
