Localization Tracking

This discussion will be used to track localization progress and assignments to avoid duplicating work.

A few ways to contribute:

1. Clone the project, add your translations in Xcode and submit a PR
2. I can provide you the most recent XCLOC file export for your language which you can edit with Xcode or an app like Loca Studio. Return completed XCLOC file to me

You only need to translate the Pearcleaner > Resources > Localizable file. Ignore the InfoPlist ones.

I have found 2 places where there are strings in English, that will need to be added for translation.

I am not sure if this development "part" was supposed to be visible. Anyway it is also whole in English.

I'll look into it to see how they pull the strings into Crowdin, I'm not familiar with it.
If they pull straight from the repo, that would be nice as it would always stay updated.
