Default install version is 1.0.0 and not the latest v1.1.2

Just testing out the latest release v.1.1.2.

Problem is when we install the extension via CREATE EXTENSION it installs the older version. I am curious why is the default release 1.0.0 and not the latest 1.1.2?

Instead seems the we must upgrade to get the latest release install. For a fresh install should we not have duckdb_fdw-1.1.2.sql file? This seems to be missing and duckdb_fdw.control needs to be updated to have the v1.1.2 installed by default.
