Water meter showing 1/10th of usage

First off, thanks for this wonderful add-on! This has been working for me great for months, with only one lingering problem. It's always returned single gallons used, when the number aren't really adding up. As best I can figure by comparing against my water bill, it's reading single gallons when it should be 10 gallons per consumption unit. (it's showing 5 gallons used when it was 50) I've tried using the multiplier value in my meter config, but that's not working. Any advice? Including my meter config below -
