Consider updating the code with latest Allennlp

Hi, thanks for your contribution to the community!

AllenNLP has updated to V0.8 and a lot of new features have been added and from_params has been removed.
I was just wondering if this code will update with the latest AllenNLP in near future?
The latest AllenNLP has integrated with some state-of-the-art models such as GPT and BERT.
Updating the code would help researchers to modify this code with latest AllenNLP features.
