Saving Ref Boards as in smart search only without filtering by tags, but with manually selected images

Ref board is a neighbor of smart search. The functionality of Ref Board is similar to that of PureRef.

It is useful to have picture boards, which are all very different, but we have the ability to create a ref board from them and save access to it instead of littering tags.
