Background span multiple groups

Added a background to a group, but it renders across multiple groups.

Is it by design?

I'm displaying data from different production lines. Each line is a group and I want the background to display when they are experience problem.

Hi,

We're revamping the background and groups system right now. The next release will allow background items with groups to only show in that group as well as background without groups to be rendered over all groups. This ties in with out work on subgroups within a group. For those look at #325, where all of the new group properties should be explained.
