Styles are not printed

Upon downloading a fresh prototype kit v8.1.0 and running it locally, if I try to print index.html , the preview appears in a serif font. This also happens on https://govuk-prototype-kit.herokuapp.com/docs .

I would expect this to preview in Transport, or at least a sans-serif fallback font.

On the other hand, our live service prints using the Transport font. Example URL: https://manage-water-abstraction-impoundment-licence.service.gov.uk/welcome

Tested in Chrome 69 and Internet Explorer 11.

Comments from Jani Kraner in GDS: i can confirm that media="screen" is the cause. components in the new GOV.UK Frontend has any print styles contained within their stylesheet and not separately as it was before.
