Configure Kakoune to source wiki.kak at startup.
The edit-wiki-index command will open ~/wiki/index.wiki if it exists, or
otherwise open the wiki in the ranger directory
browser, if installed. A key can be bound to this command to approximate
vimwiki’s \ww.
