“Later.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

The issue is facing in mac book pro-2020 - M1 Version. Ventura OS 13

Go to settings--->security and privacy----->general. You will see a message that "Later" was blocked. Login using the admin password and allow.
