Include a page with instructions for submitting issues to the various issue trackers.

What menu would you like to see this added to? I would suggest that we add it to the Contact menu, and call it e.g. "Report an issue". If that's OK, then you can assign to me, shouldn't take long.

The Contact menu item does make the most sense. Good idea.

I think it would probably help to include some instructions about how to report, e.g., what part of the ATK project issues should be filed against. For the novice user, I think we can expect issues won't always be filed correctly, but we can, of course, follow these up and correctly place.
