Handle height of axis range

I'm creating axis range on duration axis but sometimes start time and end time of two or more ranges are same thats why they overlap each other .Is there any way to control height of drawn axis range to prevent ranges overlapping partially.

I'm afraid, there's no way to set a height for an axis range, since they will always span the whole height/width of the plot container 🙁
