This project presents a technology that validates user’s complaints which are reported to the authorities, by using feedback analysis, regions wise analysis, regions wise analysis and geofencing techniques which provides wise real-time response from the authorities.
In this we have made end to end solution using the serverless arhcitecture using firebase.
