I would like how to do this because in your sample you are using NavigationService wich is not availabel in Windows Phone 8.1

The Windows Phone example app is currently a WP 8.0 Silverlight app.

For a Windows Phone 8.1 WinRT-App, you would rather need to go with associations similar to the Windows 8.1 model.

I'll hopefully find time to create a new sample for Windows 10 soon, which should then be closer to what WP 8.1 WinRT apps need as well.

Can you explain it better please, in your sample of windows 8, there is a comment about parameters, but it's not implemented, whould you like to change that or just tell me how can i do it.
Right now i want to open the app and later subscribe for reading an NDEF message and then have the parameter i want, what are your sugestions, thanks in advance
