Currently, you specify the maximum price for different priorities, which applies to all products in all lists.

Sometimes I have individual products for which I would pay more money. These should be listed in my report if the price falls below this threshold.

You should be able to enter this threshold directly in the comment field of the product in the wish list, for example: "[buy at 25.00] yadda yadda"

The syntax is {yadda 25.00 yadda} -- curly braces and a price according to your locale.
Other examples:

This is a comment {if $50}
Das ist ein {ab 50,00€} Kommentar
{50} This is a comment.
