Versions listed in tutorial are very old! #55

Versions listed in the tutorial for this repo are very old like Android Studio v3.4 that was in 2019! With the latest versions the code no longer compiles. Is this codelab up to date? https://developer.android.com/codelabs/on-demand-dynamic-delivery?hl=en#0

Fixed by upgrading gradle version in the gradle-wrapper.properties file to 7.4.2.

"distributionUrl=https://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-7.4.2-bin.zip"

Reopening so it can be fixed in the gradle-wrapper.properties file in the repo.
