Unfortunately I don't have a Windows 7 image to test with. The main requirement is .NET 4.6.2+, so as long as it has that it should run. Feel free to report back here if you try and it does/doesn't work.

You can check .NET version with:
reg query "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\full" /v version
